If notifications are not being delivered to the Safepoint Mobile App, some settings on your device may be misconfigured.
Donโt worry โ this can usually be fixed quickly using the built-in notification troubleshooter.

Run the in-app troubleshooter
Open the Safepoint app
Ensure that you are logged into an account
Tap the 'Account' button at the bottom right
Tap 'Notifications'
Tap 'Troubleshoot' at the bottom
The app will now perform a series of tests
If a problem is found, the device will highlight it and suggest how to fix
If no problems are found, all the checks will have a green tick
What happens next
If you're still having issues, try deleting the app and reinstalling it. It should fix most things, but if the issue still persists, let us know.
